Slife offers a new way to keep track of what you do in your computer. All activities observed by Slife are graphically displayed in visualizations that make it easy for you to understand where and how you are spending your time. Slife offers lots of features to help you stay focused and productive.

Visualizations

Slife provides 5 different ways in which you can visualize your activities. The day and month views offer a snapshot of your activity volume while the summary view gives you a complete x-ray of how you spend time in your computer.

Application Tracking

Slife observes how you spend your time by tracking usage of your favorite applications, including web browsers, email clients, text editors, instant messaging clients, media players, drawing tools and many more.

Content Filtering

There are times when it is better to keep things private. Slife lets you specify rules for filtering activities, so that they are completely ignored. Rules can be based on activity item title, link, source and several other parameters.

Share Your Activities

Slife is fully compatible with Slifeshare. Slifeshare is a service that lets you stay in touch with friends and colleagues by sharing your ongoing activities with them.

Private Mode

In addition to rule-based content filters, Slife also has a "Private Mode" similar to Safari's "Private Browsing" setting. In other words, absolutely nothing gets logged when you are in private mode.

Search & Filter

All activity items observed by Slife are searchable. The search field in the Slife toolbar allows you to perform searches no matter which view you have selected. Slife displays the search results graphically as you type, hiding the non-matching items from view. In addition to the search bar, Slife also provides a search filter drawer, which allows you to filter the views according to item source, activities and duration.

Activity Grouping

Slife lets you create groups for your activities. This is really useful if you would like to organize your activity items around active projects or common tasks.

Menu Bar Icon

The Slife menu bar icon lets you easily turn "Private Mode" on or off and also specify your current activity group.

Export Your Data

What if you would like to take a closer look at all the data Slife gathers about you? Maybe you would like to analyze it. Or maybe you would like to pass it on to some other services you use. Slife lets you export all interactions between you and your applications in XML format.

Built for the Mac

Slife was designed from the ground up as a native Mac OS X application. This ensures that Slife is not only rock solid on the inside but also clean and easy to use on the outside.
